Local consensus here reflects broad community consensus that the proposed move would create unnecessary disambiguation; there is no other topic likely to be searched with “the ambulance”. What else is there called The Ambulance, the other film doesn't indicate it has the article though when discussing the term "ambulance" in a generic form it has "the" but not part of the name. Oppose since "The" is sufficient to disambiguate, especially considering there is no other topic called "The Ambulance". I find "The" to be a specific prompt in general. Pageviews here shows very little confusion to be had between the 1990 film and the 2022 film. Anyone who got confused is easily able to jump from here to there via the current hatnote.
