Some information, much coatracking

The current version of this article is weak on the subject ("Talagunda pillar inscription"), but focuses too much on the Willis' passing commentary on pp.203–204, and his interesting but disputed hypothesis on ritual-related politics in ancient India. This is an important early Sanskrit inscription from about 450 CE from South India, and is significant in several ways. An English-language translation, or two for NPOV from scholarly sources, with or without interpolations would enrich this article.... addressing for the curious reader what is this, what did the "Talagunda pillar inscription" actually say. Commentaries, the significance and analysis of the inscription such as the one by Willis belongs here too. I welcome those who watch this article to collaborate relying on the various scholarly sources on this subject. I will try bandaging and expanding this article a bit before I return to some Kerala-related articles on 1st-millennium Vedic schools and a c. 850 CE Huzur plate Sanskrit inscription about an early Parthivapuram temple near Kanyakumari that brought me to this article.
