Merger of article[edit]

Discussion on proposed merger between Taiwan–Hong Kong Economic and Cultural Co-operation Council and Hong Kong–Taiwan Economic and Cultural Co-operation and Promotion Council.

  1. Duplicate – This two pages are almost exactly the same on the same subject and having the same scope.
  2. Overlap – This two pages mentioned above are related subjects and they have a large overlap.
  3. Text – The article contains almost similar text. The solution is a redirect from one of the article to the one which consensus has been reached. This can reduce the duplication of articles.
  4. Context – The context of article is really on the same topic and does not require a duplication of a page to reflect the order of which name appears e.g. Hong Kong - Taiwan or Taiwan Hong Kong.
