It seem Google Ngram only show "Tai Tau Chau" and no result for "Urn Island". (Yes there is a chance the result refers to Tai Tau Chau (Southern District)). Both names are official name due to bilingual culture of HK, and by my brief observation of news article and academic journal, seem more result is using "Tai Tau Chau", thus i boldly choosing it as the article title.
