This revert makes little sense. I DID change the heading so as to reflect the updated context - resignations AS WELL as policies. Since when are only resignations but not policies allowed to be discussed? You are trying to add some sentences of a speech that are more like political slogan. The source also classifies as a self-published one. Have you read Wikipedia:Verifiability, if not, please do.
