I don't know how to add citation/references I don't know what they are please help me George El Paso (talk) 04:18, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Citations/references are simply non-Wikipedia sources that can confirm the information in the articles. Adding them's pretty straightforward - once you get used to it. It basically involves two things - creating a references section (which I've done) and then adding your references in the text between tags marked <ref> and </ref>. Anything you add like that will be listed in the reference section. This gives a basic rundown of how to add references with templates Help:Referencing for beginners. I actually find doing them manually is a lot simpler (that's explained here: Help:Referencing for beginners without using templates). There are quite a few other useful help pages for newcomers which you can get to from Help:Contents. If you need any more help, just leave a note on my talk page, and I'll see what I can do. Hope that helps, Grutness...wha? 13:57, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
