Can we include two more photos for a total of three?

Maybe one from her college days and one as a pro? Now, maybe the teams really closely control the photographs of players. If so, that would be a real shame, for this is what Sue does for a living! If she was a painter, it would be nice to include a photo of her painting, if she were a journalist, a doctor, a scientist, a politician, etc, etc, etc, well, you see what I’m saying.

The other thing, I’d really like to know more about the Euroleague and the Russian Super League and how WNBA players participate. And it makes sense, since it’s a relatively short season here, the players don’t make near the money NBA players make, and so forth. I would just like to know more details if possible, such as how long the seasons over there are.

(At the games, a variety of media, both print and electronic, photograph the players in action, so I don’t know if it’s all that restrictive.) FriendlyRiverOtter 05:59, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

I added college stats to the pages of several players, including Sue Bird. They looked fine in preview and after saving in Firefox, but I now see the headings looks ugly in IE. Will investigate and fix over next few days Sphilbrick (talk) 20:47, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

Headings fixed (I know, I know, I have a very fluid definition of a few days)--SPhilbrickT 22:26, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

A proposed plan to make the bio structure more consistent

I'd like to work on improving bios of basketball players, starting with current and past players at UConn. I've created a page summarizing some of the issue and proposed solutions User:Sphilbrick/sandbox for current bio structure. I'd love to have some feedback on my proposed changes before going ahead and making the changes. I know Wikipedia encourages bold editing, but every one of these pages represents the contributions of people who may have deliberately chosen the section titles or or current order - if there's a good reason not to change, the current format should remain. I would like consistency, but not a foolish consistency.--SPhilbrickT 22:26, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Please comment at the talk page whether you agree with my approach, or have better ideas. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SPhilbrick (talkcontribs) 22:26, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Sue Bird

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Sue Bird's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 22:53, 29 September 2016 (UTC)
