New Mexico has banned straight ticket voting[edit]

It's fairly recent: [1]. I have removed it from the list.Tgm1024 (talk) 15:17, 1 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rename page to be specifically about USA[edit]

This article is clearly written with United States in mind. But like for other articles, you can have subarticles about specific regions. I suggest renaming this article to "Straight-ticket voting in the United States", and the recreate the article straight-ticket voting from a general worldwide view, and have a subsection for United States that contains {{Main|Straight-ticket voting in the United States}}.

Does straight-ticket voting even exist in other jurisdictions? How many places have elections with the kind of ballots that are typical of a US election? There can be no such thing as straight-ticket voting in Canada, for example. 216.8.188.31 (talk) 19:52, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
