Whole biography lifted from non-GNU website?[edit]

I am checking this out. If true, should whole biography be deleted?

I may interview Stel Pavlou for correct biographical info...

Sources needed for claims about popularity[edit]

Thanks for the recent work on this article. If you want to say the works are bestsellers, or the film a cult classic, you need to cite a source that makes that claim. While it's clear that both the novels and the film were widely reviewed, and the works were clearly notable, I don't see those descriptions in the reviews I turned up. – SJ + 23:37, 22 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

This page appears to fail WP:AUTHOR, as this guy has written a few sci-fi books, a screenplay for a mediocre movie, and hosted a pseudoscience archaeology show on Discovery Channel about Atlantis. I would prefer that the issues are hashed out here, rather than going through a back-and-forth edit war with someone with an IP address in the city as the subject of this article.
