February 2009[edit]

it is one of worlds biggest labels with many songs charted on top 40 in holland —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.57.187.80 (talkcontribs) 18:51, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Eh, well, "no" on that first claim. Please provide sources for these rather bold statements, so that the article can be helped and deletion avoided. Drmies (talk) 03:16, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: as you have not requested a change.
If you want to suggest a change, please request this in the form "Please replace XXX with YYY" or "Please add ZZZ between PPP and QQQ".
Please also cite reliable sources to back up your request, without which no information should be added to, or changed in, any article. - Arjayay (talk) 16:59, 9 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sublabels[edit]

I have again removed a long list of non-notable sublabels. Most of them will never be important enough to get their own article. The repeated addition of the sublabels is, in my opinion, just promotional. I will keep removing this. The Banner talk 09:29, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why we couldn't write the sublabels list ? It could be interesting, I took a long time to write a part of the list !

I have to bring this back up: I too have tried removing a huge portion of the sub-labels from the article, only to be reverted twice by a single IP. The claim was that the list came direct from Spinnin Records' own website. If this is the case, then why isn't the related page sourced in prose? Jalen Folf (talk) 22:43, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Primary sources such as the label's own website can be useful for fleshing out facts but the main source of importance and weight comes from descriptions in WP:SECONDARY sources. If the sublabel is not described in secondary sources, then we must assume it's not very important. Unimportant stuff shouldn't be listed in the article. the list of sublabels is grossly incomplete, and can and should be completed. soucing this should also be easy as spinnin' list all of their former and current sublabels directtly on their website (https://spinninrecords.com/releases) ARUKok (talk) 01:52, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 02:42, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Artists rearrangements required.[edit]

The artists lineups seems a little untidy right there. Would like to suggest to do the rearrangements for these artists. Also need to informed about the artists whose leaving Spinnin Records for other labels as well. VernardoLau (talk) 15:07, 17 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

We include these artists anyway even if they left for another label. No need to remove them. Jalen Folf (talk) 15:27, 17 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
On this note, I am currently working on a standalone article for Spinnin' Records artists which should also include artists who released on its sub-labels as well. Sourcing will take a lot of time, though. Jalen Folf (talk) 18:53, 17 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
