Use by US SWAT teams and testing by US Army[edit]

Nowhere in the Defense Review article linked to did it say the SOAR was used by US SWAT teams or undergoing any US Army testing. All it says is that it's "designed to fill the same role as the SOPMOD M4 CQBR". Unless someone can provide a source proving these claims, the United States should be removed from the list of users.
