Title[edit]

Isn't Spain and the Holocaust WP:PRECISE enough? There wasn't any other Spain at the time. (t · c) buidhe 22:22, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It is true that the headpage is Francoist Spain but I personally would not be opposed to a move. Perhaps it's better dealt with through a RM discussion though? —Brigade Piron (talk) 11:24, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Francoist Spain and the HolocaustSpain and the Holocaust – The proposed name is sufficiently WP:PRECISE, given that there was no other Spain at the time, and more concise. Works cited in this article include "Spain and the Holocaust", "Spain and the Jews in the Second World War", "Spain, the Second World War, and the Holocaust: History and Representation". • Support. Seems reasonable. I also note that the parent article is probably Spain during World War II. —Brigade Piron (talk) 17:14, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom. It also seems a more intuitive and likely phrase to use to search for this topic. --Chefallen (talk) 20:21, 18 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. As an aside, terms like "Francoist Spain", "Fascist Italy" and "Nazi Germany" get overused on Wikipedia because we have article at those titles. Srnec (talk) 01:09, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
