Creating a separate page for Social Currents[edit]

The journal of the Southern Sociological Society is called Social Currents. This journal meets the notability guidelines as stipulated by the WikiProject Academic Journals. Specifically, it satisfies the first criteria because it has a Journal Citation Reports impact factor. Though the journal itself was perhaps once not notable, despite being the official journal of the Society, the fact that it has an impact factor now makes it notable. Thus, the journal should now have its own Wikipedia article rather than simply have Social Currents link to the Society's page. Joeyvandernaald (talk) 00:08, 3 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
