Shows: "Hong Kong, Hong Kong" or "Hong Kong, China"?[edit]

Referring to edits by Xinyang Aliciabritney (talk) on 27 February 2016 and 2 March 2016.

For the show on March 10, 2016, in Hong Kong. I think the country column of Hong Kong be should be "Hong Kong" rather than "China".

I am not disapproving the fact that Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is a part of People's Republic of China. However, while using "Hong Kong", as a geographic term, we should not politicalise it. There are slight difference between "country" and "nation". For example, There are 4 countries, England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, in the United Kingdom, which is the nation. In the situation above, people are referring it geographically, rather than politically on Wikipedia.

In addition, most of the page on Wikipedia use "Hong Kong" as the city's country, so please do not change it. Hope you can see my point. On 5sos's official website [1] they use the term "Hong Kong" as Hong Kong's country.

For Singapore, a city-state country, there are no cities inside a city so please change it back to "Singapore, Singapore". RecofHD (talk) 14:45, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
