Fair use rationale for Image:Songstonoone.jpg[edit]

Image:Songstonoone.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Article Update and Additions[edit]

I have been working on further detailing this article for the past few months, whilst it was tricky to get my hands on an array of credible sources, I feel like what is now published is a broader encyclopaedic entry for what this album actually is, and where it came from. I've added a few pictures from WikiCommons to draw it all together with a new structure/subheading layout. The track listing section was tricky to place so if anyone has any ideas about how well it fits now, or where it would better be suited please go for it. I'd still like to embed some audio files but can't seem to locate any via wiki commons, although I noted that Jeff Buckley's Wikipedia page does actually have excerpts for both 'Grace' and 'Mojo Pin' - I think this would really take this article up a level.
