MT/s and Chipsets[edit]

This socket can support up to 800MT/s on the Intel 965PM/965GM Chipsets <- User:Tomato3991 81.157.46.184 (talk) 11:39, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

clarification?[edit]

the line "It is used in all Intel Core products" seems to imply this is the only socket an intel core processor has ever fit into, which from what I can tell, is entirely untrue. Also, I don't have a source for it, but from what I've found, all processors in the T7x00 range, where x is an odd number, are all socket P... and all even numbers are socket M. 24.68.85.188 12:05, 3 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The intention appears to have been to refer to the Core Solo and Core Duo, not the Core 2 Duo (including T7x00) that migrated to Socket P. This would be a correct description. However, the current wording is horribly unclear. — Aluvus t/c 22:45, 3 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
