I nominated this article for deletion (or merge into Spoon), a process that resulted in a solid vote to keep the article. My primary objections to this article as it stands now are that the content is largely about absinthe rather than the utensil itself, and that I don't believe there will ever be enough content to make this more than a stub. I'm leaving this just as a suggestion for future editors - such points as the slotted spoon's history or other modern uses would be great points for expansion. | Klaw¡digame! 20:12, 17 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
