Expansion needed[edit]

Could someone, who knows about these things, please expand the article? What's with all the different jerseys, fo example. Riders seem to be racing for teams and countries too? And why are there two winners (both male). Also, the name of the event seems to be 'Six Day London'. Why is this article titled differently?
