Charles Barkley is the one notable person who's most known, on a contemporary basis at least, by this nickname. That said, I've also included a disambiguation link to the Charles given name page on top of the Charles Barkley page for those who may have typed in "Sir Charles" on the search engine in the hopes of finding other noblemen with the given name "Charles".
