I assume "Town city" is a translation that doesn't read comfortably in English.

See List of Districts. There it lists Sivaganga as the District Headquaters of Sivaganga District. So what is Singampunari? Dweller 13:17, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Literacy figures data (incompatibility) :[edit]
