This page should not be speedily deleted because... this article was prepared by Government of Nepal after conducting various research. You can get the information from the address given below. Also, The Official Portal of Government of Nepal (nepal.gov.np) has NEPAL.GOV.NP. Here is the direct download link of book http://doinepal.gov.np/uploads/20170619102802.pdf (Pg 54 No. 2.4.3 as stated in Nepali mentioning the "Karnataka State of Simrangadh" under the history of Ancient Nepal.

Article should be split as the article tries to cover both the modern-day municipality in Nepal and the medieval city of the same name which was situated on both the India-Nepal border.
