Hart's infobox portrait is outdated. I think we should replace it with his most recent official portrait as is customary with most politicians' infoboxes in Wikipedia, taken in September 2021. This image is also consistent with other ministers' articles such as Michelle Donelan, Michael Gove and Suella Braverman.
