Some the pages I create have the last name not starting with capital[edit]

Notability[edit]
There is banner about notability concern for this page that I created. I want to understand what I could be doing to establish the notability. I have cited articles from independent sources profiling this person and his work. These sources (like Scroll.in, DNA India, Dainik Bhaskar etc.) are reliable, independent of the person. Also, these articles are explicitly about Shyam Manav and not about some other topic with trivial mention of him. Here they are:
