It's not just you. This article describes a rate of deformation, which is strain. It is categorically wrong to call it shear rate. It would be like changing the title of the "Acceleration" page to read "Force." This page should simply be nuked.Deke77 (talk) 22:57, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The formula for pipe flow only applies to laminar flow
