Untitled[edit]

I removed the picture with the tits. I liked it, of course, i just didn't think it was particularly relevant. Jaileer 20:25, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Why was it not relevant? It showed Shayna Richardson skydiving with her instructor/boyfriend... isn't that exactly what this article is about? (although admittedly she's famous for an AFF jump rather than a tandem). I figured it would be the best shot available... --62.173.76.218 15:14, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Needs to be more accessable[edit]

Note the bolded parts of this quote:

Her main chute opened properly but she unstowed a toggle by doing riser turns which caused her to start spinning out of control. This could have easily been fixed with a controlability check but instead at that point, Richardson cut her main chute and attempted to deploy her reserve chute, which didn't deploy completely.

These terms are unfamiliar to a general audience, and it would be good if somebody knowledgeable in sky diving could expand the article and explain them. -- MisterHand 01:21, 20 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

She's really hard to find online[edit]

I just wanted to say, I drove a car into a tree going 60mph - Shayna and I have the same face, now. Mandible bone shattered, plates inserted, meh. It's a daily struggle, I can't imagine what it's like for a female. So, Shayna... beauty is in the eye of the beholder - don't let anyone tell you that you aren't beautiful. ~Antonio Ciccarone — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:9:A00:2EF:3460:B5A8:76B0:8FE4 (talk) 07:37, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Forum posts are not sources[edit]

Half this article seems to be uncited and biased claims from a (now-dead) skydiving forum thread. Open forums are not reliable sources, even if they are on the topic.

I removed the dead links and added what reliable sources I could find. The rest I tagged with WP:CITENEED.
