Magic Online[edit]

This is now a pet issue of mine, so I'm adding it here as well. See also talk for Eventide, Shadowmoor and Morningtide. This for discussion; I think this is something Magic Wikipedians should seriously consider. For future releases: Should we also start including Magic Online release information for the sets? Argument: Very recently Wizards has stated that Online makes up for a surprisingly big part of the 'scene' - multiple tens of percents of revenue! Such an important part of the scene should warrant their own release information featured in the articles. There's also one reply on the Eventide talk page, check it out. I think certainly it would be a mistake to underestimate the influence of the MTGO community. For many I believe it is their primary method of getting in some practice games. TheToad42 (talk) 21:46, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If people want to add it, or are complaining that we don't have it, go ahead. But unless someone's willing to do it, it ain't gonna' happen. Cheers. lifebaka++ 22:21, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
When the date is known for the release of Shards on MTGO it should be mentioned in the article, then removed once the set goes live or not mentioned at all Rohrecall (talk) 18:50, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And why so? Why so strikingly different policy for Online and cardboard releases? Matti Nuortio, Oulu, Finland (talk) 20:57, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Like I said before, if it's something you want to work on go for it. I have no experience and little knowledge about Magic Online, but I'm happy to help you with formatting or other Wikipedia-related technical things. Cheers. lifebaka++ 21:13, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Visual Spoiler[edit]

It would definitely benefit anyone who is interested in updating the article to visit the Visual Spoiler linked to in the "Shard Candy" article. It includes a bunch of cards that may help you update some of the information in the article and also has a new planeswalker card. --151.196.165.107 (talk) 17:47, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cycling[edit]

Cycling has returned to the set, is it worth mentioning in the article? 82.3.48.129 (talk) 17:04, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's clearly in judging by Gatherer, so I added it. Cheers. lifebaka++ 18:07, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Design Team[edit]

The article list the design teams for each of the Shards. But (according to the article "Between a Rock and a Shard Place") there are other people that were on the design team but weren't on any of the shard's design team, specifically, Aaron Forsythe, Matt Place, Alexis Janson, Graeme Hopkins, Noah Weil and Mike Mikaelian. Should these people be mentioned somewhere in the article? DVDe (talk) 23:44, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Type 2[edit]

When will this set be banned from Type 2? I sincerely don't know, and i also think it should make the articles of magic sets more complete... --Burt777 (talk) 09:40, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
