I am his granddaughter. I was constantly with him till the end. My husband and two children also. We were with him at his 100th Birthday Party. I took him to Spain every summer and then picked him up, and we travelled together back to the United States. Dates of his marriages?[edit]

Well, yeah, at first glance you see an overlap -- but getting away with bigamy for that long an overlap is unlikely enough that you dismiss that pretty quickly; but yes, there needs to be some clarification as to how and when the first marriage ended before the next one began. You can't really tell the way it is now.

I am his granddaughter, he was not a bigamist, his first wife was my grandmother, he married her in North Africa in 1922. His second wife he married in Lebanon in 1951 His family was not destitute like you say, that is a lack of respect. He was born in Peñaranda de Bracamonte, Province of Salamanca. His father also and his mother, my great grandmother was born in Cordobilla, near Salamanca. Later refinements?[edit]

When I took my children to see him in the 1980s he had simplified Johnny to simply a lipsticked hand and Pedro's box never opened in front to show a head. Can anyone confirm this?Jim Stinson (talk) 21:13, 3 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

OOOPS! Senor Wences (in Netflix clips) used the Johnny costume and the bespectacled head of Pedro in his box as late as an appearance on the muppet show. Memory plays tricks.... Jim Stinson (talk) 22:00, 2 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
