Scott 'Scooter' Keith[edit]

What about Scott "Scooter" Keith , the well-known author and columnist? ... Four Tiles 17 February 2006 AD (new calendar)

That would be Scooter (author). Pissant 17:16, 17 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
What books has he published under the name "Scooter"? None to my knowledge. McPhail 08:30, 23 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, well just because he has never published a book with "Scooter" in the author's title does NOT mean that he is not recognized as "Scooter" and refers to himself thus. There are many people who have nicknames that are as well, or even better, known than their actual names, yet only use their birthnames. Your deletion of that article is just ignorance and arrogance on your part. I shall reinstate it, and only a smug moron would deete it without making some sort of intelligent point about why... Four Tiles 24 March 2006
All his books were published under the name "Scott Keith". His blog [1] makes no mention of the nickname "Scooter". His columns are all authored by "Scott Keith" [2]. You need to cite a credible source for (a) Keith being identified as "Scooter" and (b) this nickname being associated with his writing career. Otherwise, I can only regard this as an attempt to troll the article by adding an irrelevant nickname. McPhail 23:29, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Incidentally, nice vandalism on the Scott Keith article itself. [3] McPhail 23:32, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
