Deg F vs. Deg C[edit]

Actually it's even worse than that. The seawater is doing a cooling job, so it must return to the ocean warmer, not cooler, than when it was taken into the plant. Unfortunately I can't access the original LA Times article. Blixton (talk) 04:44, 5 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
