Long enough, new enough. Policy: neutral, citations fine, copyvio check fine. Interesting hook, length fine. I don't see a citation for the hook fact, but here's one.[1] Checked picture permissions, fine--larger version is in article. All systems go, I bet this will get lots of interest.
