Improvement drive?[edit]

I came upon this article almost by accident only to realize that this is one of the worst written articles about a Polish city I've seen in recent years. However, I have no time to fix it. Please familiarize yourself with Wikipedia:Settlement guidelines for what needs to be done. I did not find in this article what I was looking for ! By the way, Sanok belonged to Lwów Voivodeship in the Second Polish Republic. The first ever Polish armoured train called Kozak was built there at the Fabryka Maszyn i Wagonów.
