It is undisputed that Samurzakano is part of the region of Abkhazia, is it not? That is true regardless of whether one considers the Republic of Abkhazia or the Republic of Georgia to be the legitimate sovereign. It is also true that it is de facto part of the Republic of Abkhazia, but one can learn that from the Abkhazia article. Just as we do not mention the PRC/Taiwan issue on every page about cities on Taiwan, we do not need to mention the Abkhazia/Georgia dispute on every page about places in Abkhazia.
