2007 comments[edit]

Waiting for additional articles on this case, hope to add material as time permits. This was a significant case at the time and since then there has been some academic, but little public attention to it. Regarding the spelling, I am not sure how the institution spelled its name on official documents and signs, but articles I have found have exclusively spelled it as "Samarcand".
