Politican[edit]

As a student of Victorian politics and as a bit of a cricket tragic, it amazingly never occured to me that this was the same Sam Loxton, but there you go! I added a couple of lines on his political career but the article needs a rewrite and expansion. There must be plenty of stuff about his cricketing career at least as he was a member of the Australian 1948 tour of England. Teiresias84 02:06, 24 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Sam Loxton[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Sam Loxton's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
