Official Name[edit]

Has the school been renamed Saltash Community School? I can see from the referenced links that it was still saltash.net as of 2017, but the current website appears to have lost the .net. Can't find anything mentioning a renaming, so wouldn't want to make any changes without a citable source. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 5v5h1 (talkcontribs) 22:31, 28 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Both the school website and the DfE call it Saltash Community School, so I have moved the article to match that. DuncanHill (talk) 01:32, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy[edit]

I'm concerned that unsourced material is being added to the controversy section. Whilst some statements can be solidly referenced, stuff that is contentious shouldn't be in there (per WP:PROVEIT). If a source can be found on Plymouth Live as mentioned, a citation should be added. 5v5h1 (talk) 01:06, 6 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have made a number of edits to the article, first to remove the curriculum activity since it was sourced only to the school and there was nothing notable about the curriculum and Wikipedia is not a Webhost. Second I went through the references listed in the Controversy section and made appropriate changes based on what the RS state. I removed a paragraph that was not reliably sourced. --VVikingTalkEdits 17:41, 8 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
