Emphasis in disambiguation hatnote[edit]

In February of 2013, I added emphasis to the disambiguation hatnote because of the then recent history of blanking the page, and cutting and pasting the Sagara, Karnataka city article over this one. I assumed the nobler motive and that the editors just didn't see the hatnote. The emphasis was removed as contrary to the WP:MOS; however, since then this article was again turned into one about the city of Sagara, Karnataka. I believe that this is one of the specific occasions that calls for implementation of the Ignore all rules policy, in that providing emphasis may make the readers more likely to become aware of the disambiguation between this village and the city. --Bejnar (talk) 04:49, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
