I wouldn't describe this as low important, despite the article being of obviously low class and reliable sources being hard to find. In the context of the role the sacroiliac joints play and the degeneration often covered by the specific 'inflammatory' name of Sacroiliitis, alongside the excruciating pain levels of sufferers and wide range of treatment options of varying (but usually lower than standard) efficacy, I'd say this article needs a major overhaul. Am happy to help but I'm not a doctor and it'd be useful for someone with more medical knowledge.

Page needs to cover imo:

\ Scans - eg. SPECT/CT for diagnosis, diagnosis by exclusion \ Treatment options - eg.
