General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes
  • Interesting: Yes
  • Other problems: No - Not mentioned in body
QPQ: Done.

Overall: @CaptainEek: Good article. But, the hooks aren't mentioned in the body. The ohio song doesn't mention he was a prisoner of war nor does the body say that he coined the term Sherman's march. Onegreatjoke (talk) 16:44, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Onegreatjoke Ah, my bad, that has been fixed. I wrote about Byers in a number of places and forgot what I'd written where. I've now mentioned that he coined the term, and The C of E added text about being inspired for the Iowa song in prison. CaptainEek Edits Ho Cap'n! 18:30, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Approving now that it's been added. Onegreatjoke (talk) 23:11, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
