Notability issue[edit]

I am surprised to see notability issue raised for Russell Batiste, Jr. He is one of the most in demand drummers of the New Orleans music scene, and has played with wide range of musicians and bands from the Meters to Harry Connick, Jr. not to mention his own solo projects. If more third party sources are needed to prove that, I will look for them, but he certainly is notable enough to have an article here on Wikipedia. --Sumori (talk) 05:03, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes, all the links are to pages related to him or the bands he was in except for one review. More third party links (online or in print) are needed. - Mgm|(talk) 09:57, 24 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
