Large amounts of unrelated information[edit]

There's quite a bit of unrelated information in this article; lots of stuff about Soviet population demographics (already deleted a few lines about percentages of Russians in the population of USSR vs. other nationalities), "Palaces of Culture", etc. I'm deleting a bunch of it, to keep this article relevant to Rugby Union in the Soviet Union.
