NPOV dispute in the section "Career"[edit]

Some of the sentences/parts of sentences appear to be biased.

Examples[edit]

"with his excitingly breed of leadership, Laoag City underwent iNfrastructural face-lift as more projects were implemented" - unsourced and the first part of the sentence is questionable.
"The province of Ilocos Norte saw Fariñas as a committed and energetic governor"
