No confidence?[edit]

Why does this read like it was written by his fan club? News articles abound about "no confidence" votes from faculty: http://www.athensnews.com/ohio/article-33666-mcdavis-in-the-middle-of-presidential-salary-pack.html "Critics at the time of the salary increase noted that in the two previous years, OU faculty had given McDavis two successive votes of "no confidence"; in the 2007 vote, 77 percent of professors who took part gave McDavis a failing grade for his performance."

Pittsburgh or Pennsylvania connection not clear.[edit]

I added several relevant templates to this talk page, but there is no clear indication of his connection with either Pittsburgh in particular, or Pennsylvania in general. Unless text with inline citations is added to the article, I would consider removing the Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania templates. --DThomsen8 (talk) 20:02, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
