I checked both the English and the Japanese Amazon sites, and found it there. What manga review sites exists which are considered notable, and thus able to be used as references? On Shueisha's comic news website, click on the rankings balloon, titled ランキング, to see Shueisha's monthly rankings. Every month they take the top 20 best-selling titles of the books released that month. You'll see that Rockin' Heaven made it on the top rankings on the following months:

November 2008: vol. 8 made it to no. 14.
June 2008: vol. 7 made it to no. 17.
February 2008: vol. 6 made it to no. 14.
October 2007: vol. 5 made it to no. 15.
June 2007: vol. 4 made it to no. 14.
February 2007: vol. 3 made it to no. 10.
October 2006: vol. 2 made it to no. 18.
Vol. 1 was not ranked.
