Name[edit]

Did the man really have the funny middle name "Jean de son prénom originel" or might it be he was just called Jean in the beginning? :-) --Sasper 00:18, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Street names[edit]

Why are the street names given in Swedish first? At the time, most (if not all) of Finland's official documents may have been in Swedish, but today the situation is the exact opposite. The article gives the impression that we're still living in a Grand Duchy. JIP | Talk 08:01, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

At the time the city had a Swedish majority - this has to be explained in order to make the naming of the streets making sense. The link between Iso Roobertinkatu or Heikinkatu to "Robert Henrik Rehbinder" is not that obvious for a person who is not familiar with Finnish-Swedish transitional naming.--MoRsE 08:24, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
