Point of View/Neutrality[edit]

I placed the "neutrality" notice at the top of this article, though my concern might be fairly easy to address. The text in the article (as currently written) does not actually confirm that Mr. Folkes was wrongly convicted, only that this is suspected to be the case. The sources currently given in the article confirm the poor investigatory procedures and the usual corruption of the times, which are earlier in the process. If there is evidence of a truly wrongful conviction in professionally-researched historical sources, then that should be given in the article with full citations.
