Successor[edit]

Can a 1.5-litre car be regarded as a successor to a 2.6 litre car? Eddaido (talk) 13:04, 27 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Just my opinion, but I would say there was no Riley successor. The 4/68 was a much cheaper car in a completely different market segment. The BMC successor in almost every detail except the badging was the Wolseley 6/99. Most sources regard the 2.6 as the last large Riley. Talbot54 (talk) 12:30, 31 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
