{{editsemiprotected}} What If was confirmed to be the 4th single in an interview with Reggie Yates. Jason revealed the artwork here- http://www.popinstereo.com/?p=1852

There are several sources.. http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&&sa=X&ei=ozsbTMfZPIyy0gTr_q2BCQ&ved=0CCAQBSgA&q=Jason+Derulo+What+If+fourth+single&spell=1

Please provide a specific reliable source with a "reputation for fact-checking and accuracy" - I can't find anything on e.g. Google News to verify this. Also, please do tell us exactly what needs changing - but I guess you just want it added in the infobox (the box at the top-right) under "Jason Derülo singles chronology" ?
Please clarify and reinstate the request, if possible. Thanks,  Chzz  ►  14:58, 21 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Done, thanks. Dabomb87 (talk) 21:16, 18 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

star rating images[edit]

What’s up with the weird star rating images? I think it should just be written “X/5 stars”. Cup o’ Java (talkedits) 23:26, 7 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

They are designed for use in {{album ratings}}, not in prose. I will remove them. Adabow (talk) 02:01, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: moved. The consensus is that this song is the primary topic. Dab page moved to Ridin' Solo (disambiguation) and deleted. Jenks24 (talk) 04:04, 28 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ridin' Solo (song)Ridin' Solo – The song is tremendously more popular and significant than the unrelated album of the same name by a different singer. I don't have to provide stats, which say the same thing. (Already did) As for the disambiguation page, it should be deleted or replaced as it has just two entries. George Ho (talk) 19:57, 20 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

IIO, a hatnote should suffice, mentioning two things of the same artist. --George Ho (talk) 20:55, 20 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
What "for the song and the album by Keith Sweat see"? Seems a lot of work just to get rid of a dab page. In ictu oculi (talk) 20:56, 20 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, no. I can use just "for" template, so "about" one doesn't have to be used. Also, the hatnote is concise in one line. --George Ho (talk) 21:02, 20 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The Jason Derulo song completely dwarves all the other topics by a mile. Hey IIO, you somehow don't seem to be able to grasp this simple fact: existence does not equate notability. Unreal7 (talk) 21:14, 20 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The problem is, User:Unreal7 is that music is not a homogeneous environment - jazz, trance, classical, Andean pipes, brass brands, hip hop, you name it, readers have very specialized silos. WP:PRIMARYTOPIC was designed for cases like Paris vs Paris, Texas. Ambiguating media products to remove helpful information (what is it, who is it by) isn't in the same character as Paris (France). Plus we have WP:NCM which frowns on deliberate ambiguity for music. Plus this is all transient anyway, another "Riding Solo" topic will probably come along in a couple of years anyway, it nearly always does with generic titles. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:27, 21 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The song is still more popular than the album, contrary to what you think. George Ho (talk) 09:18, 21 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, the crystal ball argument... Unreal7 (talk) 13:19, 21 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC and WP:SONGDAB, which were designed to help our readers and editors regardless of subject area. George's usage links show that our readers choose the song article 87% of the time compared to the album article. We should make it easier for that large majority to get there. Dohn joe (talk) 14:30, 21 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support, obvious primary topic. Cavarrone 14:07, 22 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. A disambiguation page is a means, not an end. If the disambiguation function can be accomplished with a less intrusive means, such as a hatnote, then we should default to that. bd2412 T 18:19, 22 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per above - Clearly the PRIMARYTOPIC here. –Davey2010 Merry Xmas / Happy New Year 19:53, 22 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
