SR 93[edit]

As cited in the history section, "The city of Richmond would like Caltrans to take it over, but currently Caltrans is not in favor of the idea". Unless the city and Caltrans can come to an agreement, as Caltrans wants Richmond to upgrade it to state expressway standards, any plans to make this SR 93 is indefinitely shelved. As Caltrans has not given any further indications on taking over ownership, it would not be prudent to mark this as "Future 93" at this time. Zzyzx11 (talk) 03:48, 20 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
