Date of Birth

The date of birth was removed from this article as it could not be verified. Per BLP policy (specifically WP:DOB which states "Wikipedia includes full names and dates of birth that have been widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object") - if the date is not widely available in reliable sources, we do not include it. I think many people are relying on WP:IMDB and other user-generated and entertainment compendia-type sites to find a date, but these sites do not meet Wikipedia's reliable sourcing criteria for personal information in biography articles. --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 16:36, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

To retirate, policy states that "Wikipedia includes full names and dates of birth that have been widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object". "Widely published in reliable sources" does not include online genealogical websites and tertiary sources. Please read WP:RS prior to throwing whatever websites come up in a search into the article to see what sticks. It's more important that we have the correct information that takes the privacy of the individual into account than to simply "fill in the blank".--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 19:06, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
