In Western Europe?[edit]

I never saw that car in Western Europe, aren't you confused or something? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.245.189.166 (talk) 15:48, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Renault Latitude in Sochaux
Nope. I saw one in Western Europe and I photographed it and you just gave me an excuse to show you the picture. The license plate is French.
(I also photographed a Latitude the same year nearby in Basel, Switzerland, but it was raining hard and it was a horrible picture and I wouldn't inflict it on Wikipedia. I think I've junked the picture.)
BUT you do sometimes see them in France and Benelux. They ARE still pretty rare, though. Renault never really figured out how to compete effectively in Europe with the German trio (M-B, BMW & Audi) at this level in the market. They still sell a lot of Clios, though.
